Dan Lochhead
Many years of real estate experience have helped me to recognize and implement the latest educational and technological developments in the real estate industry. I am able to make the buying and selling process simple and enjoyable to my clients. In order to ensure the best possible service, I utilize strong marketing and negotiating skills as well as, an in-depth knowledge of Vernon and the North Okanagan area. I was born and raised in Vernon and have a vast knowledge of the entire North Okanagan area. I’m committed to my clients with a strong sense of honesty, a high degree of integrity and hard work ethic. Debbie Fisher
I was born and raised in Saskatchewan and moved with my family to Calgary for my post secondary education. I was recruited into the RCMP in the first female troop in 1974 and trained at the RCMP Training Academy in Regina. My first posting was Vernon, BC where I spent 12 years as a regular member. Then the maternal instinct took over and I took the most important job ever – being a “Mom”.
I was licensed in 1993, joined RE/MAX in 1997 and have successfully been a top producing real estate agent for RE/MAX Vernon – The #1 Real Estate office in Vernon, BC with a market share in excess of 50%.
My primary specialty is Okanagan residential real estate including lakeshore/waterfront homes, town homes, condominiums, multi-family, farms and acreages and Silver Star Ski Resort properties.

We have an Administrative Assistant whose responsibilities include establishing, building and maintaining a professional rapport with our clients and providing them with an exceptionally high quality of service.
She also manages our daily operations from processing listings, designing and coordinating all promotional programs, print and web media through to the completion process.
This is all done while maintaining a constant open line of communication with our clientele.
