A Realtor® will start their morning by looking at new listings on the market that are shown on the MLS system to see if any real estate listings might be a good fit for their buyers.
Our daily, or weekly schedule also includes:
- Checking the progress of our sales and listing files.
- Showing property.
- Study industry bulletins.
- Compose ads and plan ad lay ups.
- Phone calls to keep clients abreast of changes in the market.
A Realtor® needs to be on call for their clients and potential clients at odd hours.
We carry pagers, smart phones and try to be ready when we're called. Realtors® continually promote our clients listings, and we are always looking for new ideas for marketing properties and ourselves.
